France and the Netherlands played to a scoreless draw in their Euro 2024 Group D match on Wednesday, leaving both teams nervous over their standings heading into the final round of group play.
The Netherlands had the better chances in the first half, but France goalkeeper Hugo Lloris made several key saves to keep the game level. France had a few chances of their own in the second half, but they were unable to find the back of the net.
The draw leaves both teams with four points from two games. They are level on points with Germany, who beat Portugal 4-2 earlier in the day. France will face Portugal in their final group game, while the Netherlands will play Germany.
